Privacy Policy
Effective: August 1, 2026
Community Hospital Advisors LLC (“CHA,” “we,” “us”) provides this Privacy Policy to describe how information is collected, used, and shared when you visit commhospital.com (the “Site”). This policy covers the Site only. CHA’s consulting and technology services, including the CHA Viewer application, are governed by separate agreements with client facilities.
Information You Provide to Us
When you submit our contact form, you provide your first and last name, email address, and optionally your organization, title or role, phone number, an area of interest, and a message. When you email us directly, you provide whatever information you include in your message. Providing this information is voluntary; we use required form fields only for name and email.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies:
- Usage and analytics data. We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to collect page views, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser characteristics, referring pages, scrolling and click activity, form interactions, and events such as clicks on our calls-to-action and contact-form submissions (including the selected area of interest, but not the content of your message).
- Google Signals. We have enabled Google Signals, a Google Analytics advertising feature. For visitors who are signed in to a Google account and have Ads Personalization enabled, Google may combine data about your visit with Google account information to provide cross-device measurement and aggregated demographic and interest reports. We do not receive your identity from this feature.
- Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure (Amazon Web Services) records standard access logs, including IP address, requested URL, and timestamp.
Cookies
The Site sets the following cookies:
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes visitors (random client identifier) | 2 years |
| _ga_MNT4NVQBT5 | Google Analytics | Maintains session state for this site's analytics property | 2 years |
| cha_internal | CHA (first-party) | Set only when a CHA team member visits a special URL; marks their visits as internal traffic in our analytics | 2 years |
How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule consultations;
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- To understand how visitors use the Site and measure the effectiveness of our content and marketing;
- To comply with legal obligations.
How Information Is Shared
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information with service providers that process it on our behalf:
- Pipeline CRM (Pipelinesales Corp.) — receives contact-form submissions (the fields listed above, your message, and the address of the page from which you submitted) to manage our sales inquiries;
- Google LLC — provides analytics services as described above. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services;
- Amazon Web Services, Inc. — hosts the Site.
We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Your Analytics Choices
- You can prevent Google Analytics from using your data on all websites by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- You can control Ads Personalization for your Google account — which governs Google Signals — in Google’s My Ad Center.
- Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings.
Data Retention
User-level and event-level data in Google Analytics is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted; aggregated reports may be retained longer. Contact-form submissions retained in our CRM are kept for as long as needed to manage our business relationship or as required by law.
Security
The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS, and form submissions to our CRM provider are transmitted over encrypted connections. We use industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a marketing website that collects limited contact information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
No Protected Health Information
The Site is not intended to collect protected health information (PHI), and we ask that you never include PHI in your contact-form message or emails to us. Information submitted through the Site is processed as ordinary business contact information, not under HIPAA. If PHI is inadvertently submitted, we will delete it upon discovery. CHA’s consulting and technology services that involve PHI are governed by separate Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with each client facility and are outside the scope of this policy.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is a business-to-business service directed to healthcare organizations and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Regardless of applicability, you may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us at info@commhospital.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision; material changes will be reflected on this page.
