Mike Lucey joined McKesson as part of the team that reintroduced Paragon to the market. Years later he started Community Hospital Advisors to build a new team with the specific objective to help hospitals migrate software systems. This dedicated team of consultants, with dozens of successful installations and clients, has become the premier service organization dedicated to this mission.
Michael Lucey, MBA Executive Consultant Founder / President
Michael is a seasoned business professional with 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry from sales to implementation. Behind Michael’s success as a health care consultant is an innate talent for creativity and problem solving. Michael also brings tried and true methods for guiding individuals and groups to consensus and decision making. As a member of the project team Mike takes the lead in staging the projects, managing the conversion process and overseeing the Integrated Test and Go Live plans.
Janice Macdonald, MSPT Executive Consultant Vice President of Implementation
Janice is a consultant with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and information technology management. Janice brings a unique blend of clinical, administrative and project management expertise to her consulting work. She has a proven ability to provide cross-functional team leadership and drive successful performance and project outcomes. Janice has a consistent history of successfully implementing software systems in small and large hospital settings.
Mark Kandilakis, Technical Consultant
Mark has over 12 years of experience in IT as a System Administrator, the last 7 years of which were in a hospital setting. Mark has not only implemented software systems, but has also supported and maintained a software environments for over 5 years. Mark has a strong back ground in all Microsoft products as well as, virtualization, application deployment, SQL database administration, backup and recovery, and storage administration.
Marie Lucey, PT Vice President of Administration and Finance
Marie has 28 years in the health care industry including 9 years as clinical director of the Gordon College Center for Balance, Mobility and Wellness. Marie provides administrative support to CHA.
Kathy Ericson, RN, CPHIT Executive Consultant
Kathy is uniquely qualified to understand the needs of clinicians and organizations during system transitions. More than 30 years of experience in Critical Care Nursing guides and enhances her contribution to the build and support of hospital information system. Kathy’s consulting work is heightened by her problem-solving skills, comfort with technology and consistent positive outlook.
